Mr. Priyadarshi has developed significant expertise in White Collar Crime and Criminal Litigation, regularly appearing before Special Courts, High Courts and the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in matters involving the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS), Prevention of Corruption Act, POCSO Act, MACOCA and other economic offences. He has successfully represented corporate executives, public officials and private individuals in investigations conducted by agencies such as the Enforcement Directorate (ED), Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Economic Offences Wing (EOW).
